Tetra Printing Solutions are under obligation to provide you with a service in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:

By using our site (www.tetraprintingsolutions.co.uk), you indicate that you accept the Terms and Conditions as set out below and that you agree to abide by them. Please refrain from using our site if you do not agree to these terms. Our Terms and Conditions may change occasionally as we update them to provide a better service for our users. It is highly recommended that you keep checking this page to take notice of these changes.

Accessing our website

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis and we withold the right to withdraw or amend the services provided on this site without prior notice.

From time to time, we may temporarily suspend the service either partially or completely for any reason. We will fully or part restore the service as soon as reasonably possible after such suspension. Tetra Printing Solutions will not be liable for any loss to you which may incur as a result of any suspension.

Our website may contain links to other sites that are not operated or owned by Tetra Printing Solutions. We have no control over these linked sites and so we will not be held responsible for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Usage of these linked sites will be subject to the Terms and Conditions contained within each site.

The service provided by TPS is on an “as is” and an “as available” basis. We cannot guarantee that the service provided will be fault-free and so do not undertake or warrant that the service provided will be free from defects.

Use of Service

You must not mis-use or abuse the services offered on this website.

Tetra Printing Solutions make every effort to check and test material at all stages of production. You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this website does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system. It is highly recommended that you run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the internet.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from this website.

Tetra Printing Solutions reserve the right to ammend, adjust or remove any material from our website at any time without giving a reason.

You warrant and undertake to Tetra Printing Solutions that you will ensure that your material, communications and your use of the service is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Particularly that it is not:

•  Defamatory, offensive, indecent or of an obscene or menacing character; or
•  Passing off as another party, or
•  Likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to any person; or
•  Likely to breach any copyright or confidentiality or privacy or other intellectual property of any person; or
•  Fraudulent or connected in any way with the committal or possible committal of a criminal offence; or
•  Material of a racial or sexually discriminatory nature; or
•  In breach of these terms and conditions of use.

You are fully responsible for maintaining a copy of your communications and your material. Tetra Printing Solutions will not be liable for any loss, corruption or damage to your communications or your material. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense and www.tetraprintingsolutions.co.uk will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them.

Privacy policy

Tetra Printing Solutions take your privacy very seriously.

Details stored by Tetra Printing Solutions include artwork, designs and logos. Data including photos and names may also be stored in a secure location on the hard drive. No sensitive personal data is stored by Tetra Printing Solutions and so complies with the data protection act 1998. In compliance with the data protection act 1998, no personal data is ever sent to third party companies and is used solely for the purpose of the products that have been requested by the purchaser.

The purchaser can request that their personal data relating to their company/employees are to be destroyed safely and Tetra Printing Solutions will do so immediately informing the requester as soon as this is complete.

You acknowledge that any personal information disclosed by you in public areas of the Service is at your own risk and may be used by others.

Security

You are fully responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised access is obtained to the service through your registered account. You will be entirely liable for all activities conducted and charges incurred through your registered account.

If we have any reason to believe that there has been, or there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the service provided, we may suspend your access and you will be notified accordingly.

You acknowledge that Tetra Printing Solutions may be obliged by law to store all of your communications or your material and activity logs for a particular length of time and that we may be required by law to disclose details about these to government and law enforcement officials and other such agencies.

Ending the Service

Tetra Printing Solutions may and can suspend or terminate your access to the use of the service or any part of the service if:

  • We believe that you have provided false information on registration or that you have intentionally failed to notify us of any changes to this information.
  • You break any provision of the terms and conditions of use policy
  • We believe that your registered account is being used in a manner prohibited in the terms and conditions of use policy.
  • We believe that your account has been compromised without your consent.

The materials contained on our site (including stock photographs) are provided for general information purposes. These materials remain the property of Tetra Printing Solutions and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by Tetra Printing Solutions (www.tetraprintingsolutions.co.uk).

You may store, print and display the content supplied on this site solely for your own personal use. All images & templates found on this site belong to Tetra Printing Solutions and must not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order on the Tetra Printing Solutions website, you are agreeing to purchase an item on and subject to the Terms and Conditions as set out below:

(a) Placing an Order

When you place an order on the www.tetraprintingsolutions.co.uk website, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement of your order and will not constitute the acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until payment has been received, either partially or in full. Once you have received the confirmation email, you must contact us to discuss your order (Custom Printed Products only).

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the www.tetraprintingsolutions website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund in full.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

Payment must be made in full before goods are produced and dispatched. The payment received shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. If paying by Cheque, please note that we will not dispatch your order till full, cleared payment has been received.

Cancellation of an Order

Should you wish to cancel an order prior to going to print, then a charge of 10% of the order value may be withheld by Tetra Printing Solutions. Once the order has gone to print, there can be no cancellation or refund. Please see ‘Shipping and Returns Policy’ for more information on cooling off periods and cancelling your contract/order with us.

Pricing

Tetra Printing Solutions have the right to amend prices without giving prior notice.

VAT

As Tetra Printing Solutions are primarily a small supplier, our prices or quotes do not include VAT. Tetra Printing Solutions do not charge VAT on our products or services. In the event that we do start charging VAT, you will be notified prior to this adjustment.

Linking to this Website

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of this site as long as the link does not portray Tetra Printing Solutions or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Tetra Printing Solutions logo including the MedicalCard logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without our express written consent. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. We reserve the right to withdraw any links without prior consent.

You may only download, use, reproduce and print materials appearing on this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Complaints

Tetra Printing Solutions have a policy set in place for complaints. Should you wish to raise a complaint, please email us at tanyar@tetraprintingsolutions.co.uk where we will be happy to help and resolve your complaint.

False Identification Requests

Tetra Printing Solutions DO NOT authorise requests to reproduce, copy, amend or produce any Identification Cards or Government/Authority issued documents that we feel may be used falsely. We work closely with all Local Police Forces and Authorities in an effort to bring down crime levels. If we suspect that your order either in full or in part will be used unlawfully, we have the right to cancel your order and pass on your details to the relevant Authority.

We DO NOT copy or produce membership cards unless written permission is provided by the main issuer. If written permission cannot be provided, we will cancel your order.

Requesting copies of Membership/Loyalty Cards

Please note that without prior consent given to us by the issuer of the original Membership/Loyalty card, we will not authorise a copy of such. This also applies to Bus Travel Cards and Concessionary Passes. This a violation of our terms and conditions of sale.

Artwork and Quality Control

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all colours, spellings, fonts etc are correct at the time of request of goods/services. We will not be liable for any mistakes made that are through no fault of our own.

It is your responsibility to obtain any permissions needed for use of any images supplied to us.

The colours viewed on your computer screen are only an indication of the final print result. Re-print orders may show a slight difference from the first or previous print as colour variations are not avoidable.

Turn-around Times

All turnaround times are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays and Sundays. The printing turnaround time starts when Tetra Printing Solutions receive cleared funds for your order and approval of a design. Any order confirmed and paid for after 1.00pm, production will begin the following working day. All turnaround times quoted are a typical turnaround and are not guaranteed.

Tetra Printing Solutions endeavour to dispatch orders within our estimated turnaround times. However, there are certain situations which are beyond our control which we are unable to accept any liability for. For example, these include Power Failures, Industrial Action, Natural Disasters, War & Civil Disruptions.

Postage

Once your item leaves us, it will be in the hands of Royal Mail. Although Royal Mail quote 1-2 working days for delivery of 1st class standard packets, it can take anywhere up to 28 days for delivery. If an item becomes delayed or lost, we would ask you to chase this yourself as we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Please feel free to request the ‘Certificate of Posting’ from us to aid you chasing your item. We would strongly suggest all customers to upgrade their delivery to 1st Class Signed For for added security. We can help you to chase any packages sent this way. For more information on Postage, please refer to our ‘Shipping and Returns Policy’ Section of the website.

Refunds

Tetra Printing Solutions offer a refund/exchange policy for faulty or incorrect items, providing the item is sent back to us within 14 days of original purchase date. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer. We cannot guarantee refunds/exchanges on ‘change of mind’ purchases, an admin fee may apply for this. Please see ‘Shipping and Returns Policy‘ for more information.

Non Contact Following Purchase

Please be aware that once you placed an order via our website for any customised, printed product, you must contact us to discuss your order requirements. If we do not hear from you regarding your order within 45 days, your order will either be automatically cancelled and a refund given minus an admin fee, or a similar product dispatched.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
