Shipping & Returns Policy

Items sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard service usually takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive. However, please allow up to 15 days for delivery as certain factors may reduce delivery speeds. For example: severe weather, strike action etc.

Note: Items are not classed as ‘lost’ till 15 days after the dispatch date.

Please be aware that on many occasions, deliveries have been accepted at your local Delivery Office and Royal Mail has failed to leave a ‘Sorry, we missed you’ card. If you live in Student Apartments/Accommodation, usually your item will be dropped off at the Office on the Main gate if you have one. Often, other students may be handed your item by mistake.

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard service usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as certain factors may reduce delivery speeds. For example: severe weather, strike action etc.

Note: Items are not classed as ‘lost’ till 15 days after the dispatch date.

Delivery Options:

Please note that our ‘Standard’ and ‘Signed For’ Delivery option covers ‘Royal Mail 1st Class’ postage for items including Bespoke Cards (ID Cards, Membership/Loyalty Cards/PVC Business Cards). For ID Card Accessories, Poster Prints and Vinyl graphics, the ‘Standard’ and ‘Signed For’ Delivery option covers ‘Royal Mail 2nd Class’ postage.

For Framed Canvas Prints, Foamboards (sizes A1, A2, A3), Banners and Roller Banners, our ‘Standard’ and ‘Signed For’ Delivery option covers 3-5 working days Delivery via special Courier.

 

When leaving feedback on eBay or on the internet:

Please remember that you are marking us on our dispatch time, not the delivery time! Delivery times are set by Royal Mail and therefore we have no control over.

 

If any problems arise:

If you have not received your item, have tried all of the options above, and have waited an appropriate time, please message us straight away instead of opening a case on eBay or leaving us negative feedback over the internet. This won’t solve your problem, but we can if you let us!

 

Returning your item to us if faulty or incorrect:

If you are returning your order either in full or part, please send it to: Tetra Printing Solutions Returns. No.9, Wagstaff Lane, Jacksdale, Nottinghamshire, NG16 5JL. Please ensure you have contacted us first so that we are to expect this from you. It is highly recommended that you send your returns back to us at the address provided by a tracked postage method. We cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost on their return back to us unless they have a tracking ID number to which we can help trace. Returning goods will be at the customers expense.

 

Cancelling an order:

Under the Distance Selling Act, we offer a cooling off period of 14 days. There are some exceptions that aren’t covered by this regulation, for example, if you have ordered a customised product, or are a business buyer. If you wish to cancel your order (contract) within the cooling off period, there is no fee. If you wish to cancel your order (contract) outside of the cooling off period or if you are not covered by this, we may decide to cancel your order for you as a gesture of good will. You will be given a full refund minus an admin fee of 10%.
